About the Role:
As a Maintenance Pool Technician II, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the resort's common areas and amenities, including pools, Jacuzzis, and water features. Your responsibilities will include various tasks, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and masonry.
What Will You Be Doing?
โ€ข Conducting pool maintenance and ensuring the cleanliness of the pool and public areas.
โ€ข Performing tasks such as clearing drains, repairing pool equipment (including pumps, heaters, filters, and electrical switches), plumbing, painting, and conducting surface repairs.
โ€ข Maintaining all tools and pool equipment to ensure they are clean and in proper working order.
โ€ข Monitoring systems, including emergency systems, and having general familiarity with fire sprinklers and emergency power systems.
โ€ข Reading, logging, and interpreting readings from meters, gauges, and other pool equipment measuring systems.
โ€ข Ensuring the safety and prevention of accidents in and around the pool areas for both Team Members and guests/owners.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
