Job Summary
We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customersโ€™ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more
  • Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results
  • Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running
  • Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers
