The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for safety at the pool.
- Be on time for the shift and set-up pool toys.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the pool area.
- Maintain eye contact when addressing member's and their children..
- Handle members' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by members, ensuring complete member satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean; safe, and organized pool to ensure safety for all participants.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or members at the Pool.
- Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the company as requested by the supervisor.
- Must have previous experience as a lifeguard
- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
- Ability to be relate well with children.
