NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking motivated Northwest Lineman College graduates for C Lineman positions. As a C Lineman, you’ll assist experienced crews with the installation, maintenance, and repair of power lines and related infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals ready to launch their career in the utility industry with a company committed to safety, quality, and professional development.


  • Assist with pole framing, setting, and climbing as needed
  • Install and maintain conductors, fiber, and equipment
  • Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other specialty tools under supervision
  • Follow all safety protocols and company standards
  • Work outdoors in varying conditions and travel to project sites

  • Graduate or soon-to-be graduate of Northwest Lineman College
  • Valid CDL or ability to obtain one shortly after hire
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first attitude
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
