Position Overview: Pool Technician
Do you enjoy working outdoors in the sunshine and take pride in a job well done? We are looking for an seasoned technician with a minimum of 1 year experience. If you're dependable, punctual, and trustworthy, you might be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance at residential properties
  • Skim surfaces, brush walls, vacuum pools, clean filters and salt cells
  • Test and balance water chemistry accurately and safely
  • Calculate and apply chemical dosages
  • Follow a designated service route independently
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues (pumps, filters, timers, etc.)
  • Use hand tools and perform light repairs as needed
  • Restock and manage pool supplies on truck from supplier
  • Follow all safety protocols for chemicals and equipment use
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in pool service required
  • Knowledge or experience programming timers and systems is a plus
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Background check will be conducted
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills, top notch customer service, reliability, and a strong work ethic
