Job Overview


Yummy Pools is seeking a hybrid dependable, trainable, motivated Account Manager to the team. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients - ensuring their satisfaction, retention and growth. You’ll build strong relationships, proactively address customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 300-400 active residential and/or commercial pool service accounts

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service

  • Ensure a positive, consistent customer experience by proactively addressing questions, issues and service needs

  • Manage expectations and provide service updates by following up on work orders or complaints promptly

  • Collaborate with field technicians/management to schedule services, resolve service issues and relay customer feedback

  • Monitor service completion and quality across all assigned accounts

  • Flag and escalate recurring issues or high-priority concerns to operations or leadership

  • Coordinate service changes, upgrades, and seasonal requests (e.g., pool openings, closings, repairs)

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or service management software

  • Performs related duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience


  • 1-3 years of experience in customer account management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
