The Pool Attendant supports the overall success of pool operations by maintaining high presentation standards and assisting the team in delivering seamless hospitality experiences.


What You’ll Do

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, lounge areas, cabanas, towel stations, restrooms, and surrounding recreational spaces.
  • Routinely clean and sanitize pool furniture, tables, railings, and guest touchpoints.
  • Collect and remove used towels, trash, dishes, and debris throughout the pool area.
  • Restock towels, amenities, cleaning supplies, and guest service items as needed.
  • Arrange and reset lounge chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas according to property standards.
  • Monitor the pool environment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation standards are consistently maintained.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or cleanliness issues to leadership immediately.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties for pool operations.
  • Support food and beverage or guest service teams with light operational assistance when needed.
  • Maintain awareness of guest activity and respond professionally to guest requests or concerns.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and company operational standards.
  • Maintain positive and professional interactions with guests, coworkers, and leadership.
  • Assist with special events, cabana preparation, and seasonal operational needs as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with all pool safety and resort cleanliness standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
