Sinomax is currently hiring for a 2ndshift (Bilingual Spanish/English)Production/Manufacturing Supervisor.This is a full time position for immediate start! (after background and drug screening).

The Production Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for managing multiple production lines and overseeing staff and processes within a manufacturing environment. This position handles scheduling, routine production activities, and serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues. The role requires advanced technical expertise, strategic resource management, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement to achieve production efficiency and quality goals. The Production Supervisor ensures full compliance with safety and regulatory standards while promoting a high-performance culture.

Schedule 3:00pm-2:00am Mon-Fri

Position Description
  • Oversee the production process for multiple lines or shifts, ensuring operational goals are met.
  • Supervise production teams by providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to Leads and team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., engineering, quality, supply chain) to support production goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for safety, quality, and production issues.
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company-specific regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for management during production escalations or emergencies.
  • Perform specific tasks as required for the production line.
  • Follow all safety policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of production equipment, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in production scheduling systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime, extended hours, and some weekends as needed.
  • Understanding and ability to adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to hear and see clearly.
  • Willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
