Full Stack Engineer

Location: Durham NC

Duration: Long Term

Required:

  • Proven track record as a Senior Engineer, crafting new solutions and maintain the applications in both on prem and cloud (AWS)
  • 5+ years of Application & API Development using Java & NodeJS micro services
  • Experience with vendor product management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines including software configuration management, test automation, version control, static code analysis
  • Experience partnering with other technology team members to understand requirements to provide solutions
  • Specialization in crafting and developing solutions with matured languages like Java using frameworks like Spring Boot and reactive programming (polyglot)
  • API design and building using Open API Specification 2.0/3.0 (Swagger Hub) based APIs
  • Extensive experience with RESTful Webservices and Event-based systems
  • Experience with messaging middleware like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or AWS SQS
  • Experience in Jenkins / uDeploy / Concourse
  • Working experience with consuming third-party API using Open API Specification
  • Nice to have knowledge in SOAP XML based services
