Job Description

We are seeking System Administrator support for development and production environments for a mission-critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) system. Responsibilities include creating, configuring, and deploying Docker containers into Kubernetes clusters. This position will be responsible for coordination with multiple development teams to integrate web applications, Web services, databases, and directories in order to provide and maintain fully operational, highly available enterprise level services. This will also include monitoring the operational services and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Requires:

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with MD polygraph

7+ years of System Administration experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 11 years.

DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required if COR determines that the position's activities include CWIP activities.
