What to Expect as a Risk Analyst As a Risk Analyst at Climate First Bank, you will report to the Chief Compliance, BSA, and Risk Officer and serve as a key contributor in safeguarding the bank's operations and financial performance. This individual‐contributor role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting our mission‐driven approach to banking. Responsibilities Risk Assessment & Analysis – Conduct thorough risk assessments across operational areas, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending proactive solutions.

Enterprise Risk Management Oversight – Administer and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management system, ensuring it remains robust and aligned with organizational goals. Regulatory Compliance & Internal Controls – Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards, keeping the bank compliant and audit‐ready. Data Monitoring & Reporting – Analyze risk data to spot trends, prepare insightful reports, and present findings to senior leadership.

Cross‐Functional Collaboration – Partner with departments across the bank to implement effective risk management strategies and foster a culture of risk awareness. Qualifications & Experience Experience and Education – Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field with 3+ years in risk management or banking. Master Communicator Skills – Translate complex risk concepts into clear, actionable insights; strong written and verbal communication.

Tech‐Forward Thinking – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; comfortable learning new systems; familiarity with data visualization or risk modeling tools is a plus. Organization & Efficiency Guru Status – Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
