Job description

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Risk Analyst to support cross-domain research, client engagements, and enterprise-risk assessments. This role sits within Apogee's integrated risk practice and contributes directly to our Nexus of Risk framework - connecting strategic, operational, financial, human-capital, and technology risk into one coherent picture for clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, curious, detail-driven professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants exposure to executive-level advisory work.
Role Overview:
The Risk Analyst will support research, analysis, and delivery across Apogee's risk programs, including workforce-risk assessments, cybersecurity and technology risk reviews, operational risk mapping, and client-facing intelligence products. You will work closely with senior advisors, contribute to structured analysis, and help translate complex information into clear, decision-ready insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cross-domain risk research across strategic, operational, financial, human-capital, cyber, and regulatory domains
  • Support development of risk dashboards, assessments, and client deliverables
  • Analyze industry trends, threat landscapes, and organizational vulnerabilities
  • Assist in mapping critical roles, succession gaps, and workforce-continuity risks
  • Contribute to risk-intelligence briefs, reports, and executive summaries
  • Review client data, documentation, and workflows to identify exposure points
  • Support advisory engagements with structured analysis and clear documentation
  • Participate in internal reviews, scoping sessions, and client meetings as needed
  • Maintain disciplined sourcing, traceability, and analytic rigor in all work

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
  • Excellent written communication and documentation discipline
  • Familiarity with risk concepts (enterprise risk, cyber risk, operational risk, human-capital risk)
  • Experience with structured analysis, data review, or intelligence-style work is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • High integrity, curiosity, and commitment to quality
Ideal Candidate:
  • A structured thinker with strong analytical instincts
  • Curious about how organizations operate and where risk emerges
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning it into clarity
  • A strong communicator who can write clean, concise, executive-ready content
  • Interested in enterprise risk, cybersecurity, workforce continuity, or intelligence analysis
  • Someone who thrives in a practitioner-led, high-expectation environment

Benefits
Why Apogee:
Apogee Global RMS is a veteran-led advisory firm operating at the intersection of risk, talent, and cybersecurity. You will work directly with senior practitioners, contribute to meaningful client engagements, and grow within a firm that values rigor, clarity, and high-touch delivery.
