Political Strategist

HSP Direct, a premier conservative direct mail fundraising agency, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic political strategist to lead fundraising efforts for top-tier political campaigns and advocacy organizations. What You'll Do:

  • Develop & Execute Winning Strategies – Craft data-driven, results-oriented fundraising programs tailored to each client's unique goals.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor – Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates, committees, and organizations, serving as a key partner in their success.
  • Drive High-Impact Campaigns – Lead the creative and strategic development of direct mail fundraising efforts, collaborating with copywriters, data providers, and production teams.
  • Optimize & Innovate – Analyze performance metrics, test creative strategies, and proactively implement optimizations to maximize fundraising results.
  • Lead & Motivate Teams – Work cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement of client campaigns.
  • Expand Business Opportunities – Identify and pursue top-targeted races that HSP can have impact in.
