Job description

Industrial Flooring USA is a successful, growing company specializing in the installation of epoxy and resinous flooring systems for commercial and industrial facilities across the United States. We pride ourselves on building close customer relationships that set us apart as a trusted and premier service provider in the flooring coating industry.

We are seeking a skilled Epoxy Flooring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing epoxy coatings, concrete resurfacing & polishing, and related flooring systems. This role requires flexibility to work day or night shifts based on project needs. Travel will be a regular part of the job. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, shot-blasting, or other mechanical means.

  • Install a variety of epoxy and resinous flooring systems, including self-leveling, broadcast, and troweled systems.

  • Mix epoxy resins and hardeners to precise specifications.

  • Apply primers, base coats, and topcoats using rollers, squeegees, or trowels.

  • Ensure proper curing times and surface temperatures during application.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all job site safety protocols.

  • Operate flooring equipment such as grinders, mixers, and vacuums.

  • Accurately measure and calculate material requirements for each project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an epoxy installer or flooring technician.

  • Familiarity with epoxy and resin-based flooring systems and tools.

  • Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift heavy materials/equipment.

  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed.
