Polisher

Position Summary:

The Polisher will work closely with the FOH team, handling all glass, silver, and plate ware for service. The ideal polisher will be efficient, yet careful while handling and cleaning flat and stemware.

Responsibilities: (This includes but is not limited to)

  • Polish glassware and flatware

  • Run clean and polished glassware and flatware to the service stations

  • Restock all polished items throughout service

  • Communicate effectively with all team members

  • Help the team with filling water pitchers. Empty dish bins during slow times

  • Maintain presentable appearance

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent;

  • No experience required

  • Dependability-job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team player is MUST

  • Strong task and time management abilities

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations
