Job description

M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM (flex)
DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
Serves as the organization-level Policy Coordinator. Manages, produces, and publishes policy revisions and maintains a document control system. Responsible for coordinating, tracking, data entry, and timely responses to policy requests. Provides technical assistance with the document management process. Assists in the design and support of performance measurements and quality improvement projects.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
A.
Experience:

Four years in a healthcare-related role.

Experience with performance improvement and process improvement methodology required.

Experience facilitating groups and training preferred

Education and Training:

Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
C.
License, Certification & Registration:

None.
D.
Other Requirements:

Ability to speak, read and write the English language in an understandable manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complete tasks, and meet deadlines.

Effective organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Working knowledge of Project Management methodology.

Understands the organization's goals and objectives.

Ability to work independently within job guidelines.

Travel between BHS facilities may be required.
