About the Role:

The Business Support Officer is responsible for providing high quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative services to clients, staff, and visitors at Murray Mallee Community Health Service, Murray Bridge. Working as part of the Business Support Team, this role contributes to efficient operations by assisting staff with administrative tasks, supporting committees, and providing professional reception and client services.

Roles and tasks for this position include corporate and medical records management, staff training management, fleet coordination, stock control, Basware and Oracle processing, invoice requests for revenue, CME and EMR data entry, appointment scheduling, and switchboard and front counter service.
