Position Summary
Our Treatment Foster Care Program has an immediate opening for a Treatment Coordinator (TC). The TC partners with families and community agencies to ensure the therapeutic needs of youth and families are individualized, child-centered, family-focused, culturally competent, strengths-based, and goal-driven.
Not licensed? We will assist with preparation to sit for the Social Work licensing exam, as well as pay for the exam and license.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Supervision Training and Support
    1. Assist and support in training activities for Treatment Foster Care (TFC) parents.
    2. Directly supervise all activities of treatment parents related to the treatment and care of TFC youth through regular home visits and phone calls.
    3. Complete a formal TFC Parent Evaluation, including creation of a professional development plan for each family.
    4. Assist in the arrangement of respite services.

2. Documentation and Compliance
    1. Maintain documentation of in-home and other ongoing training activities.
    2. Prepare written summaries, Individual Service, Permanency, Safety,, and Discharge Plans.
    3. Ensure completion and collection of TFC parent documentation for required forms.

Qualifications
  • Clearances. State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child and Adult Abuse Registry clearance
  • Requires a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Reliable transportation for frequent travel to various community locations for client services and home visits.

Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands. Requires a moderate to high level of physical activity, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying as required.
  • Environmental Factors. Indoors/Outdoors: school, community, residence, office.
  • Working Hours. A non-traditional work schedule as defined by service needs and crisis "on call".
