Job description

Polestar Bellevue, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking to add Polestar Concierge positions to our growing team. We are seeking candidates who are friendly, articulate, enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player that demonstrates outstanding communication skills, maintains a positive attitude and provides an excellent work ethic in all responsibilities. Training will be provided, however prior relevant experience such as automotive sales, finance, and/or service advising would be helpful.

Polestar is a Swedish automotive brand established in 1996 by Volvo Cars partner Flash/Polestar Racing and acquired in 2015 Volvo Cars. Polestar is an all-encompassing redefinition of the Electric car performance which is leading the development of new technologies and embracing solutions for the future. As a Polestar Concierge, you will be responsible for learning the Polestar product and be proficient in completing all vehicle transactions from test drives, vehicle orders, documentation, credit approvals and finance funding, to setting service, warranty, and maintenance appointments for Polestar vehicle owners.

Our retail hours are currently:
Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturday 9am-7pm, Sundays 10am-5pm *hours subject to change based on location retail hours.

This position pays $21.65 per hour plus bonus.  All employees subject to eligibility requirements, we offer the following benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests and assist with test drives and inquiries on Polestar products.
  • Verify customer eligibility, driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation.
  • Review purchase options with guest.
  • Prepare and process documents for purchase, which includes working with lenders on behalf of your guests.
  • Prepare vehicle for delivery.
  • Set service, warranty, and/or maintenance appointments.
  • Arrange vehicle cleaning, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to guests.
  • Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-focused experience.
  • Being prompt for work and appointments is essential.
  • Keep neat and clean appearance at all times (the first impression is very important).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Regular attendance is essential.
  • Work in cooperative, positive and professional manner with all personnel in the company.
  • Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner. Maintain professional demeanor while at work.
  • Must conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment.

Equipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used: phone, switchboard, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, postage machine, pencils/pens, letter opener, scissors, and rulers.

Physical Demands: Frequent twisting and/or turning of trunk, reaching, and handling of objects, intermittent standing, walking and sitting, infrequent stooping, knelling, crouching, and lifting of 10lbs or less.

Candidates for this position must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background screening and motor vehicle record review.
