What You’ll Do:

As a Parts & Support Representative, you’ll be the go-to pro for our customers and internal team when it comes to identifying, locating, and supplying parts for a wide range of equipment. Your skills and knowledge will be essential in keeping everything running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the parts sales process with confidence—from quote to delivery.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

  • Read and understand parts catalogs to identify accurate components.

  • Answer phone calls, provide pricing, and offer expert guidance.

  • Pull, organize, and fill orders quickly and accurately.

  • Track inventory, perform weekly bin checks, and flag out-of-stock items.

What You Bring:
