Job description

The Host at Chip Shots functions as our "Point Guard" assisting everyone as they walk in the door and helping guest understand how to operate our amazing simulators.

Will be responsible for checking in guest and guiding them through signing participation waivers.

Will monitor our booking software and help assist Servers in when their next group will be coming in.

Will be expected to learn how to operate all the tech equipment to assist guest who need help during their experience.

Will assist Food Runners, Bussers and Bar Backs when they are not busy with other task.

Must be able to multitask and communicate clearly and politely to those who do not understand the technology as well.

Our Point Guards are the first impression people have when they walk into Chip Shots. Your role is to start their experience off strong and assist them in beginning their Chip Shots Journey!!!
