Job description

A nursing home serving approximately 50 residents is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide vacation coverage. This role requires a qualified professional to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, on specified dates.
Location:

  • Chantilly, VA
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Dates needed: August 5, 6, 7, 10, and 11
Responsibilities:
  • Verify prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare staff
  • Utilize the Point Click Care computer system for documentation and workflow
Qualifications:
  • Current and active Virginia pharmacist license
