(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family Medicine PA - New Grads Welcome: NP|PA for Skilled Nursing Facility|Long Term Care in Lynchburg, VA.
Start date: ASAP pending completion of credentialing
Option to go perm
Full Time contract; up to 40hrs|week
M-F 8a-5p
CALL SCHEDULE: every 46-week rotation (1:4 1:6 schedule)
APP does pre-rounds; full H&P for the MD; med management|stabilization
ADC 18-20 patients|day
EMR: Gehrimed; Facility uses Point Click Care; training provided
Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max.
Must have active|clear VA Nurse Practitioner License or Physician Assistant
Clean Background for expedited credentialing
Must have full vaccination for COVID19
