Job Overview
Lafayette Academy is looking for four exceptional 3rd/4th Grade Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Ideal candidates will have a collaborative mindset and a passion for creating a learning environment that encourages students to appreciate and embrace what is good, true, and beautiful.
As a 3rd/4th Grade Teacher, you will guide students in developing foundational academic skills, character, and a love of virtue.
Key Accountabilities
1. Literacy Instruction:

2. Literature:
o Teach our classical literature, including stories and poetry, in a way that develops critical thinking and a love for reading.

o Engage students in understanding historical narratives and their connection to modern life, fostering civic awareness, emphasizing both historical events and the values and virtues they promote.
4. Mathematics:

5. Lunch and Recess Duties:
