The Virga Law Firm is seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in beautiful Panama City Beach! This dual-role position supports both our thriving law firm AND Northwest Florida's fastest growing legal podcast. The Florida Family Law Attorney Podcast. This is your chance to be at the heart of both ventures while building meaningful connections throughout our community.

What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff!)

  • Content Creation Magic: Develop engaging social media content across all platforms for both the law firm and podcast that showcases our firm's personality and values
  • Podcast Production: Assist with The Florida Family Law Attorney Podcast, Northwest Florida's fastest-growing legal podcast, from organizing guests to creating compelling content and promotional materials
  • Community Champion: Help plan and execute marketing initiatives at community events across Northwest Florida, spreading positivity and building relationships for both the firm and podcast
  • Blog Writing: Craft informative and engaging blog posts that educate and inspire our community for both the law firm and podcast platforms
  • Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day social media operations for the law firm, podcast, and blog, keeping our online presence fresh and authentic across all channels
  • Marketing Analytics: Track performance metrics for both the firm and podcast, analyze data, and help optimize our marketing strategies
  • Budget Support: Assist the Marketing Director with budget planning and resource allocation for both law firm and podcast marketing initiatives
