The Women Trailblazers Podcast is looking for a student co-host for 2026-27

Are you interested in acting as a voice for UW-Stevens Point students? The Women Trailblazers Podcast is looking for a co-host with the following qualifications:

  • Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Creative thinking skills to develop engaging themes for future podcast series.

  • Ability to serve as a positive, professional ambassador for UWSP.

  • Clear and concise communication skills, including effective questioning and articulation.

  • Engaged UWSPstudentwith pride in campus involvement and experiences.

  • Willingness to commit to a full academic year in the position.


As cohost of the Women Trailblazers Podcast, you will be responsible for

  • Cohosting the podcast and representing UW-Stevens Point as an ambassador.

  • Coordinating guest scheduling and engagement for each episode.

  • Collaborating with the University Communication and Marketing Team to support podcast production.

  • Planning series themes, episode content and guest lineups with Faculty Cohost Lyna Matesi.

  • Supporting marketing, branding and promotional efforts to grow podcast visibility and audience engagement.


3 finalists will be selected. Part of your interview will include a 10 minute podcast screen-test.
