Job description

Join a growing podcast team creating engaging shows across multiple formats.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate recording sessions, guest bookings, and production schedules
  • Manage logistics for remote and in-studio recordings
  • Assist producers with research, scripts, and episode prep
  • Handle equipment setup, file organization, and post-session delivery
  • Keep episodes on track and running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in podcast, audio, or content production preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with remote guests and tight turnaround times
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Familiarity with basic recording tools
