SUMMARY
The General Affairs Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the purchasing and financial support activities for the Human Resources Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • In charge of activities such as to r eceive, record, analyze, verify, reconcile, and report all vendor invoices and financial transactions (e.g., staffing vendors, pest control, break room vending machines, etc.).
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Oversee facility management and vendor management.
  • Follow the payment and diverse financial issues with the Finance Team.
  • Track the progress of PO from creation to delivery.
  • Determination of PO based on stock level and department budget.
  • Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process for HR Department.
  • Process employee reimbursement related costs (e.g., relocation reimbursement, safety shoe reimbursement, etc.).
  • In charge of HR Budget control.
  • Negotiate with external accounts for competitive unit price and contract terms.
  • Train and manage the responsibilities and performance of the General Affairs team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field in business administration
  • A minimum of 5 years of finance, purchasing, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office Excel
  • Multi-tasking, patience under hard-working environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross functional team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to stand and walk in the production area throughout the workday.
