This involves prioritizing features based on business value, negotiating trade-offs, and clearly communicating the reasoning behind decisions. Maintaining transparency and setting clear expectations with both stakeholders and the team helps foster trust and ensures alignment on project goals. Effectively managing the product backlog and regularly refining priorities are key practices to address these challenges.
