Machine Technician

Location: Carrollton, TX
Contract Details
  • Temp-to-Hire Position
  • Starting Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
  • Training Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (schedule may be adjusted after training)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, hands-on Machine Technicians to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a working technician role—not a supervisory position. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Support production by minimizing equipment downtime.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience supporting production equipment and machinery.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
