PNA Construction Technologies, an ITW business, is seeking a Territory Manager (TM) to develop territory plans and drive sales within the Northeast United States market.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains relationships with key decision-makers, architects, distributors, and contractors to drive profitable growth and increase adoption of PNA solutions.
  • Provides technical support to customers, including product guidance, take-offs, and construction document review.
  • Manages the territory distribution network to ensure strong contractor and end-user satisfaction.
  • Applies value-selling techniques, delivers presentations, and collaborates with Sales Engineers to influence specifications and accelerate project opportunities.
  • Utilizes CRM and the Buy-Cycle Funnel process to prospect, quote, close projects, and forecast sales.
  • Provides market intelligence, Voice-of-Customer insights, and identifies trends to support growth and innovation initiatives.
  • Conducts jobsite visits, supports proper product installation, and leverages ITW Business Principles and Toolbox to identify opportunities and improve sales processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Business preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, concrete, building materials, or structural/civil engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers within the assigned territory.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market and sales data and develop effective growth strategies.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms for opportunity, quote, and funnel management preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to read construction drawings and project specifications.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 60%; a valid U.S. passport is required for business travel to Canada

Compensation Information:

The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan.

In addition to a competitive salary, employees are eligible for a competitive benefits package including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance programs, 401(k) plan with a company match and additional employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.
