What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for the clients LMS implementation, from vendor selection through deployment
- Facilitate hybrid project methodologies, balancing delivery to milestones with agile ceremonies and iterative planning
- Engage business units across the client to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure readiness for change
- Navigate and resolve stakeholder conflicts, maintaining project momentum and fostering collaboration
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk logs, status reports, and executive updates
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and vendor partners
- Ensure successful transition from the legacy SumTotal LMS to the new solution, minimizing disruption to training programs
- Champion change management efforts to drive user adoption and long-term success
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years of project management experience
- 4+ years of direct experience managing LMS implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience navigating and creating consensus across business units.
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent agile certification strongly preferred
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills

- Experience leading LMS transitions involving vendor selection and enterprise change
- Confident communicator with executive presence
- Strong problem-solver who can work through ambiguity and resistance
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
