Job description

Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Hybrid) Experience Level: 10+ Years

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle Federal Financials to support and deliver complex financial system initiatives for federal clients. The ideal candidate brings a balanced combination of project management expertise and functional knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials, with experience supporting agencies such as the Department of Commerce highly preferred. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage cross-functional teams, provide exemplary customer service, ensure compliance with federal financial regulations, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management in support of Oracle Federal Financials implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Serve as a trusted knowledgeable point of contact to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with federal stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, functional users, and executive leadership.
  • Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, briefings, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience, including leading enterprise system implementations.
