About the Position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of large-scale university construction projects. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to deliver complex projects in the higher education sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects for university facilities.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project.

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
