Position Title: Project Execution - Project Manager 

Location:  Jersey City, NJ 07310

Payrate : $55.00 to $60.00 per hour on W2

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project task estimation, resource scheduling, risk and issue management, Waterfall and Agile delivery, and stakeholder management with a proven ability to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget while communicating effectively with senior leadership.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans using work breakdown structures and critical path method.
  • Estimate tasks, define scope, and schedule resources across project phases.
  • Manage risks and issues, anticipate problems, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Execute projects using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methods as appropriate.
  • Oversee budget and financial management, including business case completion.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and alignment.
  • Provide executive communications and status reporting to senior management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in project task estimation, scheduling, and critical path analysis.
  • Demonstrated risk and issue management with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience delivering projects using Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
  • Budget and financial management experience, including business case development.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading hybrid delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Prior work preparing executive dashboards and portfolio-level reports.
