Job Summary:
Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is seeking a Network Program Manager to manage and lead the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Network Operations Center contract. The role involves overseeing all operational, technical, and administrative aspects of the contract, ensuring service quality and compliance with performance standards.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee all operational, technical, and administrative aspects of the NOC contract.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with CBP stakeholders (COR, GPM, TPOC, GS).
• Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP), Quality Control Plan (QCP), and Staffing Plan.
• Monitor service quality, ensure compliance with performance standards, and deliver progress reports.
• Lead risk, issue, and change management; oversee transition-in and transition-out activities.
• Ensure staff compliance with CBP/DHS security and training requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years managing large-scale Federal IT programs.
• PMP certification required.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level network operations.
Preferred:
• ITIL v3 certification; CCNA or CCNP.
• DHS or CBP contract experience.
