JOB SUMMARY

The PMO Project Engineering Director provides engineering leadership and technical accountability for major DKL projects from concept development through commissioning. Sets technical direction and scope, ensures quality of key deliverables, coordinates with engineering throughout execution, drives capital efficiency, and supports long-term planning efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Ten (10) or more years Experience in the midstream space (Required)
  • Fifteen (15) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)
  • No Licensure or Certification Required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Serves as Project Engineering lead for all major DKL projects (crude and gas)
  • Authorized to make technical scope decisions for major projects, final designs / scopes approved by DKL
  • Participates in all Concept Development / FEL-1/2 โ€“ sets direction on technical / scope related items, in concert with DKL Engineering and PMO Concept Development
  • Stays with the projects as technical lead through all phases of procurement, construction and project management โ€“ responsible for assurance on technical deliverables
  • Runs all interference with DKL Engineering on assigned projects through the full project life cycle (early phase through commissioning)
  • Keeps capital efficiency savings log on all major projects
  • Provides PMO presence and input to DKL Long Term Planning efforts as assigned
