We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value initiatives and deliver successful business outcomes through disciplined project management practices. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services while maintaining scope, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in traditional Waterfall project management methodologies, with a working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks. This individual will serve as a key driver of project success, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and project planning through execution and delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions with cross-functional teams to identify deliverables, estimate task durations, and allocate resources.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, critical paths, and action items to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct Critical Path Analysis to identify schedule impacts and proactively mitigate project risks.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Manage project change requests and evaluate impacts to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead project meetings, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and align teams on project goals.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, project governance, methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership among project team members.
  • Support project success while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Participate in occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work when required to support project needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience leading small to medium-sized projects.
  • Experience utilizing traditional Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Experience using project scheduling and management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
