The Program Manager, Enterprise Marketing plays a critical role in enabling execution at scale. This role is responsible for driving operational rigor, portfolio visibility, and disciplined delivery across complex, cross-functional marketing and enterprise initiatives. Teams of individuals are responsible for leading and driving the management of end-to-end workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of multiple programs comprised of related initiatives and workstreams within their business unit.
  • Develop and maintain integrated marketing plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies leveraging tech and tools for efficiencies and future reporting.
  • Provide end-to-end visibility into program status, risks, issues, and interdependencies for leadership.
  • Apply PMO standards, frameworks, and governance practices to ensure consistent and disciplined execution.
  • Support intake, prioritization, and capacity planning processes in partnership with leadership and functional teams.
  • Ability to define scope of work and projected hours to inform resource planning and capacity for our in-house agency, Heart Haus.
  • Drives cross functional collaboration across key stakeholders to drive outcomes, clarity and alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies; escalate issues with clear options and recommendations, and solution-oriented approaches
  • Partner with Program Management peers to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and handoffs.
  • Leverage program and portfolio management tools to drive transparency and accountability.
  • Capture learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, PMO, project management, or operational roles within a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise marketing, creative, digital or business strategy organizations.
  • Proficient in workflow tools and technology; Workfront
  • Strong understanding of PMO principles, governance models, and portfolio management practices.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment in highly matrixed environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with Workfront or similar program and portfolio management platforms.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
