SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in enterprise-level Change Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our global organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned program or project leader who excels at driving strategic outcomes, navigating global stakeholder environments, and ensuring that large-scale transformations are adopted, sustained, and successful. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, balancing scope, timeline, cost, and quality, while also serving as the change leader who ensures people, processes, and systems are ready for transformation. This role requires exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and experience working across multiple regions, cultures, and business lines.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of project or program management experience in a global, matrixed enterprise.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise-level Change Management planning and execution.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, hybrid).
  • Experience driving large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and global teams.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • High proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Fluent in English
  • PMP, SCRUM, PgMP, Prosci, CCMP, or similar certifications.
