JOB SUMMARY

Ezee Fiber is seeking a technically strong and analytically minded PMO Analyst to build, administer, and continuously improve the platform intelligence layer that powers Ezee Fiber’s 6-state FTTH build portfolio.

The PMO Analyst owns the technical and analytical backbone of the department: Control Center workspace administration, executive dashboard development, workflow automation, variance alignment and portfolio reporting that surfaces risk and opportunity to Sr. Director and Executive-level audiences.

  • Track and analyze key metrics to monitor portfolio health: HHP variance, SLA aging, due date variance, and milestone performance.
  • Support delivery forecasting and milestone aging analysis across the active build portfolio. Identify reporting anomalies, elevate emerging risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Process & Governance
  • Document and maintain PMO standards, SOPs, and Smartsheet workflow logic
  • Partner with Program Managers to ensure data integrity across all market and GC-level sheets
  • Coordinate cross-functional data inputs from Engineering, Construction, and Network Deployment teams
  • Support development and rollout of standardized market execution frameworks
