Job description

Lead and coordinate cross-functional sales initiatives under PMO governance.

Track project milestones and maintain CRM reports.

Analyze sales pipeline to support decision-making and forecasting.

Support quota tracking and revenue alignment with Finance.

Identify and implement process improvements across the sales lifecycle.

Assist sales teams in capturing customer requirements during meetings.

Collaborate with solution architects to develop solution and process maps.

Maintain pipeline reports for quarterly and annual planning.

Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop customer profiles and target prospect lists.

Track industry events and coordinate Sales team participation.

Liaise with Marketing for event participation and campaign execution.

Full time MBA in any specialization

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience with CRM tools and sales operations is a plus.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
