Job description

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Primary Care clinician to join its established team at PMG Scholls Medical Plaza. We are looking for an outpatient Internal Medicine clinician to deliver broad scope primary care for children (all ages), families, adults and geriatric patients in the community.
You'll be part of an integrative primary care team including embedded APPs who will support your panel and some in basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, along with case management support. Additional resources, consults and patient referrals from Providence teams located in the same building include physical therapy/rehab, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and immediate care. Just minutes from Washington Square, this community clinic in Tigard is in a fantastic location in the West suburbs of Portland, Oregon.
  • Full-time (between 0.8 to 1.0 FTE)
  • 4 days per week schedule (Monday to Friday)
  • Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
