Remote Customer Service Representative โ€“ Federal Student Loan Support

PMC Integrity LLC is seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR 1) to join our Debt Management and Collections System (DMCS) team. If you enjoy helping people, want to work from home, and want to support Federal Student Aid borrowers, weโ€™d love to meet you!


Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour + $5.09 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) Benefits


PMC Integrity offers a competitive compensation package starting at $17 per hour in direct wages, plus an additional $5.09 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W) benefit contribution provided under the Service Contract Act (SCA).

The $5.09 per hour H&W benefit is not paid as additional cash wages. Instead, it is provided through eligible employer-sponsored benefits, such as health and welfare benefits, in accordance with SCA requirements.

In addition to competitive pay, employees may receive benefits including paid federal holidays, paid time off, and other employer-provided benefits.

Job Summary

Start or grow your remote customer service career supporting Federal Student Aid borrowers. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR 1), youโ€™ll help borrowers with routine loan servicing questions by phone, email, or chat. This work-from-home call center role offers competitive pay, Health & Welfare fringe benefits, and paid vacation, holiday, and sick time under the Service Contract Act (SCA).

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or GED.

6+ months of customer service, administrative, or call center experience.

Must speak, read, and write English fluently.

Basic math and PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Type at least 23 words per minute.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.

Must have a logical thought process, be organized, take accurate notes, and refer to notes during processing.

Must be able to identify new scenarios and ask for guidance when none is available.

Must have the ability to use resources and tools to communicate effectively: IM Chat, helpful guides/best practices, and training material.

Must welcome and accept constructive/constant feedback.

Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
