Perm Family or Internal Medicine Physician - $240K-$260K Base + Bonus | Plymouth, IN | Outpatient | OB Optional
Location: Plymouth, Indiana
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday | Outpatient Only
OB: Optional
Base Salary: $240,000-$260,000 + Production Incentives
Position Highlights
  • 100% outpatient care - no hospital duties
  • OB optional based on physician preference
  • Join a team of 2 physicians and 1 NP
  • Full patient age spectrum: pediatrics to geriatrics
  • On-site basic lab and minor procedures
  • EPIC EMR (preferred)
  • Teaching opportunities with medical residents
Candidate Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency) - Required
  • Indiana medical license or willing to obtain - Required
  • BLS, ACLS, DEA certification or willing to obtain - Required
  • Experience treating all age groups - Required
  • COVID-19 vaccination - Required
  • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
