Ethical Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Service Manager to lead our growing residential service department. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who enjoys coaching technicians, improving performance, and building a culture focused on customer service and accountability.

What You'll Do
  •  Lead, coach, and mentor a team of residential service plumbers. 
  •  Conduct ride-alongs and in-field coaching to improve technician performance. 
  •  Hold weekly training meetings and monthly one-on-one coaching sessions. 
  •  Improve department conversion rates, average ticket, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. 
  •  Review KPIs and create action plans for continuous improvement. 
  •  Work closely with dispatch, customer service, warehouse, and company leadership. 
  •  Reduce callbacks and warranty work through training and accountability. 
  •  Ensure technicians maintain professional appearance, communication, and workmanship. 
  •  Recruit, interview, hire, and develop future technicians. 
  •  Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on integrity and excellence. 
Qualifications
Required
  •  South Carolina Master Plumber License (or ability to obtain quickly) 
  •  Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience 
  •  Minimum 3 years managing residential service technicians 
  •  Strong leadership and coaching skills 
  •  Excellent customer service and communication abilities 
  •  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
Preferred
  •  Professional leadership or sales training through Nexstar or similar organizations 
  •  Experience with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or other field service management software 
  •  Experience managing KPIs and departmental budgets 
  •  Proven success improving technician performance and profitability
