Job description

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we're hiring an experienced Service Plumber to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is a full-time, field-based position focused on residential and light commercial service work.

Top performers in this role earn strong income through a combination of hourly pay and commission-based earnings.

About the Role

As a Service Plumber at Bellows, you'll diagnose plumbing issues, present solutions to customers, and complete repairs while delivering a great customer experience. You'll run your own service calls, manage your jobs throughout the day, and stay connected with dispatch and operations.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and maximizing their earning potential.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential systems
Perform repairs on leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and piping
Clear stoppages and perform drain cleaning services
Inspect systems and identify additional issues or improvement opportunities
Communicate clearly with customers and build trust
Present options and recommend solutions based on customer needs
Provide estimates and close work on-site
Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and to code
Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and documentation
Coordinate with dispatch to manage daily service calls

5+ years of experience as a service plumber
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Experience running service calls independently

Strong customer service and communication skills

Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
