Southern Mechanical- Plumbing Superintendent (MULTI-FAMILY)
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to manage the operations of multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all daily aspects needed on site to keep the project running on time and on budget and help solve problems as they arise. Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in the field as a Plumbing superintendent and be familiar with Plumbing/building codes and regulations. Experience with procore or similar project management software, Raken, total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, Top out, managing subcontracted plumbing labor is a must. Bi-lingual is a plus but, not a must.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct subcontract plumbing labor.
  • Check, double check and triple check measurements for underground rough-in.
  • Web based daily reports and time keeping.
  • Web based material tracking/receiving.
  • Maintain adequate supplies and materials on site for subcontract installation and production.
  • Ability to forecast 2-3 weeks in advance for material orders and delivery.
  • Weekly/daily job site meetings.
  • Web based safety meetings and tool box talks.
  • Must be able to handle basic computer skills. We utilize web based software for everything.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

License/Certification:
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • OSHA 30 (Required) or obtain within 60 days after employment

Work Location: In person
