About the Role: 

The Plumbing Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the Plumbing Department. This individual works closely with the Plumbing Manager, technicians, customer service representatives, and customers to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently, communications are timely, and daily operations run smoothly.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities: 

Scheduling & Dispatching

  • Review the past two days for follow-ups and paused jobs.
     
  • Schedule and dispatch service and maintenance calls by technician skillset, job type, and priority.
     
  • Book new jobs from Freshdesk and maintain the five-day call board.
     
  • Confirm signed estimates before booking related work and ensure all Home Depot documentation is complete.
     

Customer Communication

  • Make confirmation and update calls throughout the day to keep customers informed of technician progress.
     
  • Handle final follow-up calls at the end of the day to confirm job completion and satisfaction.
     

Sales & Lead Management

  • Review and book Home Depot and partnership leads daily.
     
  • Route technician-generated leads to the sales team and reschedule low-priority jobs to preserve capacity.
     

Team & Administrative Support

  • Support CSRs during peak call periods and communicate proactively with managers, coordinators, and field teams.
     
  • Audit pinned notes, business units, and job types for accuracy.
     
  • Review pending job and AR reports, book follow-ups and installations, and complete technician debriefs in ServiceTitan.


Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Customer Service experience a must! Bonus points if experienced in Service Industry.
  • Know your way around a computer- Microsoft Office Suite, Service Titan
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
  • Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
