Job description

Are you ready to advance your career with one of the leading Plumbing Companies in Northern Nevada? We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Drain Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3-5 years' drain experience, a high level of reliability, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Join our team and receive a $5,000 sign on bonus for qualifying candidates

Income: $75,000-$200,00+ including commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform thorough inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Utilize jetting equipment and other tools to clear clogs and blockages.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot drain-related problems.
  • Make repairs to all aspects of the drainage system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Communicate with clients to explain issues and proposed resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Stay informed about advancements in plumbing and drainage technology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Plumbing Drain Technician
  • Experience with Service Titanย 
  • Solid understanding of basic plumbing concepts, water distribution, and disposal systems in residential buildings
  • Valid driver license and insurable driving record
  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage
  • General sales skills and aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with technology

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement weather; from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods of time is required. Must be able to perform the following:

  • Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders and balance
