Plumbing Warehouse Associate $20–$22/Hour

Evaluation-to-Hire | Mon–Fri 7:00AM–5:00PM & Sat 8:00AM–3:00PM | Forest Lake, MN Warehouse/Plumbing Supply | Weekly Pay

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Plumbing Warehouse Associate openings in Forest Lake, MN. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting plumbing materials distribution.

Pay & Schedule
  • Hourly Pay: $20–$22/hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00AM–5:00PM & Saturday 8:00AM–3:00PM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Material Preparation — Cut, measure, and prepare piping or tubing as needed for customer orders.

  • Loading & Unloading — Assist with loading trucks, staging deliveries, and unloading incoming freight.

  • Customer & Technician Support — Help plumbers and contractors locate materials, answer product questions, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications
  • Warehouse Experience — Prior warehouse or plumbing supply experience preferred.

  • Product Knowledge — Familiarity with plumbing parts, fittings, valves, and piping is a strong plus.

  • Equipment Operation — Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts (or willingness to be trained).

  • Attention to Detail — Accuracy in picking orders and maintaining inventory.

  • Physical Capability — Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
