About the Role:
Join Siege Construction Services as a Home Renovation Specialist, where you will transform spaces and bring dreams to life. We are passionate about quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for skilled professionals to join our dynamic team in Manassas, VA.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform residential remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and interior/exterior upgrades
  • Complete demolition, site prep, and job site cleanup
  • Follow project scopes, plans, and directions from project managers or contractors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times. 
  • Measure, cut, and install framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and doors
  • Install flooring (LVP, tile, hardwood, ceramic etc.)
  • Minor electrical and plumbing
  • Assist with window and fixture installations
  • Perform finish work with attention to detail and quality
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Maintain and care for company tools and vehicle
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in home renovation or construction (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
